About
I am a double board-certified, Harvard and Mount Sinai trained adult, child and adolescent psychiatrist.
I provide evidence based treatment for ADHD, Anxiety and Adjustment Disorders throughout the lifespan. Additional areas of interest include school/career related difficulties, professional burnout, relationship and family stressors.
The decision to engage in therapy, initiate or discontinue medications may be difficult and anxiety provoking. My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and non-judgemental. I provide patient centered care to children, adolescents and adults in a safe and supportive environment.
My therapeutic approach with children focuses on play therapy, in combination with developmentally appropriate cognitive and psychodynamic therapies. Therapy is specifically tailored to the unique strengths and values of each individual child and family. For adolescents and adults, I provide cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic and supportive therapy.
